- Go to c:\users<user name>, check if the folder with unwanted shorcut exists. if so, delete it.
- If the folder still persists in file explorer left pane, type regedit in windows search box> open > find the following place: hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\desktop\namespace
3. Find registry with name “onedrive – company” in “data” column, delete the registry by right click on it. (there might be 2 registry with same name. you may need to try which one is related to the unwanted folder)
Note: please first backup the registry before making any changes. You can right click on it > export to save the registry in another location.
