Smartphone  Configurations  Exchange 2013


All smart phones including iPhones/iPads, Android, Blackberry 10, Windows etc, all connect to our
hosted exchange with the same common settings.
In some cases you will have an issue connecting a smart phone to the exchange if you do not have
the full DNS settings. You must ensure you have the autodiscover CNAME in place before contacting
us if you cannot connect to the Exchange. See our Quick Start Guide.
Generic settings for all smartphones (except Blackberry BIS handsets) are:
Email address:             The Hosted Exchange Email Address
Server name:      
User name:                   Full email address
Password:                    The password assigned to the mailbox
Domain Field:               Leave blank initially and if this does not work enter full mailbox address
Description:                 Anything you wish to call the account
