Outlook 2010 does not save Professional mailbox password
Why does Microsoft Outlook 2010 keep asking me to enter my Professional mailbox password?
There is an issue with Microsoft Outlook 2010 when connecting to a Professional mailbox, where it prompts for the password each time the software is opened, regardless of whether the Remember my password option is selected.
This issue has been resolved in Service Pack 1, which can be downloaded and installed from Microsoft’s website.
